USTA membership cards are no longer sent out. If you need to find your USTA account number or print out your information please follow the steps below to find your USTA account number:
  1. Go to USTA.COM
  2. In upper right corner, click LOGIN
  3. Enter email address and password
  4. Click LOG IN
  5. In upper right corner, click on your name
  6. Select MEMBERSHIP option
