Tournament Messages are a great way to bring attention to important information and announcements to tournament players. These messages are posted up on the tournament homepage and are managed and edited in the tournament's online sanction form. There is also a feature available to export these tournament messages and notes from one tournament to another. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Note: When exporting tournament messages, the current messages and notes in the destination tournament will be overwritten. Please save any special messages and notes so they can be inputted back in after the import
  1. Login to TennisLink Tournaments Homepage with email/password
  2. Under Administration, click My Tournaments
  3. Click tournament name link
  4. Click General Info tab
  5. Scroll down to Tournaments Messages area
  6. Click Export Messages and Notes to another tournament link

  2. Click Search
  3. Click Export
