If you are unable to download our app after purchased from the Google Play Store, please follow these steps to clear cache and data of Google Play Store:
  1. Go to device Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Tap Google Play Store
  4. Tap Storage
  5. Tap Clear data
  6. Tap OK on the pop out page
  7. Tap Clear cache
  8. Try to download the app again
Note: If it doesn't work, please try to upgrade to the latest version for the phone.
