If you have installed the Meet Mobile app but cannot view the meet or meet results:
- For help searching for meet see: Find My Meet
- If you locate meet in Meet Mobile but cannot see results:
- See Meet Results Not Updating (Swim)
- Ensure your Meet Mobile subscription is active
- Note: See View Subscription for Android or View Subscription for iPhone to check subscription.
- Network or internet connection issues. Without a functioning network, Wi-Fi or data connection, Meet Mobile is unable to download results
Note: Please make sure to allow device to use Wi-Fi/network and also allow the app to use Wi-Fi/network.
- Your meet host has not updated their Meet Manager software. Due to a recent security update, meet hosts must update their software to publish results to Meet Mobile. Please contact your meet host to confirm that they have updated their Meet Manager software.
