FAQ manager is used to manage the frequently asked questions that appear within the welcome page (or online registration process) for an organization. These FAQs are available to assist families with online registration, account management, provide contact information for the club, and otherwise aid registrants in the online sign up process. Below are instructions to manage FAQs for the organization after logging into LeagueOne.
1.Go to Programs > Select Online Registration Setup
2. View the Organization tab
3. Click FAQs
4. Click New to create a new FAQ
5. Highlight an existing FAQ and click Edit to make adjustments
a. Select Active drop down Yes or No
b. Click OK
6. Highlight an existing FAQ and click Delete to remove
7. Click Save and Continue to proceed back to the to organization summary
Note: When set as Active, all FAQs appear during online registration
