- Go to Active Network's Button Generator
- Under Select Your Market > Choose Sports Clubs, Leagues and Tournaments
- Click Next Step
- Under Button Generator > Click BUILD IT!
- Select desired button design in Select your Design field
- Select button color in Select your Color: field
- Enter button text in Your Button Text: text field
- Enter Registration Portal link in Your URL: text field
- Click GENERATE CODE!
- Copy HTML code from Custom Button field
