To view total balance owed by each family follow the steps below:
  1. Log into Swim Manager
  2. Click Reports
  3. Select one of the following from Payments​
    1. ​Last 7 Days
    2. Last 30 Days
    3. Last 60 Days 
    4. All
  4. Change Sort By to Customer
