1. Go to Set-up
  2. Then Seeding Preferences
  3. Under Parameters the last option is Lock all events for reseed

Please Note:  This option is designed to prevent inadvertent reseeding of events when meet program is already printed
Please also Note:  When needing to reseed an event, go back and uncheck this box first, and then events can be reseeded
