1. Go to Run
  2. Click on Adjust:F8 button
  3. To remove an athlete double click on their name and click yes when asked if you want to scratch the athlete
  4. Double click on Name field in an empty lane or position. 
  5. On Select Athlete screen start typing in name of athlete to add
  6. Select correct athlete, then click OK
  7. Click Save when exiting Adjust screen to save changes
