If you receiving an error "Failed to bind to USA Swimming" when binding your Swim Manager account to USA Swimming for data synchronization:
- Check USAS Club Code. This can be found on your club details page. Example: COHO
- Check Club ID on USAS Activate vendor page (Club > Registration > Activate vendor). Example: 7284ad1d9caa4348a0b795ed4064e5aa
- On the USAS Activate vendor page, make sure you have added Active Hytek as a vendor to USA Swimming
