New: Pre-paid Team Captain - Regain Pre-paid Link from Confirmed Registrations

Pre-paid team captains can regain the pre-paid registration link by cancelling a pre-paid registration. 

• Note: this function is only available for Corporate team (hidden team). For how to create a corporate team, please check New: Pre-paid Team Captain - Create a Corporate Team

1. Sign-in to myevents.active.com with the account you used to register
2. Locate your registration
3. Go to Team center
4. Under TEAM MEMBERS, click the 3 dots icon  beside the target team member  and click Cancel registration
5. A notification pops up confirming if you want to cancel this registration and regain 1 pre-paid entry to your team.
6. Click Remove, and 1 pre-paid entry is regained which allow you to invite a new team member
