Please follow instructions below to renew expired membership in Membership Portal:
Note: Members within the same Group Membership will be renewed together
- Log into Membership Portal at: https://memberportal.active.com
- Locate the Expired membership to be renewed
- Click Renew Membership under ACTIONS
- View and confirm your email address > Click Continue
- Step through membership registration process
- Confirm and Select membership package option name to be reviewed
- Note: You can also choose a different package option if you want to change
- Checkout with payment to complete
