- Visit ACTIVE.com and click Login in the upper right-hand corner
- Note: Sign in using your ACTIVE.com or ACTIVE Advantage email and password. These credentials are one in the same
- Once log in, hover over your name that now appears in the upper right-hand corner and click Advantage from the menu that appears
- Scroll down the page and click Cancel my membership in the bottom right corner
- Click Yes, turn off to confirm cancellation under pop out window.
