For Customers who received an Error 429, Activex Component can't create object error after installing the latest service pack update, follow the steps below:
- Close Hy-Tek Program (SWMM8/SWTM8/TFMM6/TFTM4.2)
- Right click on Desktop icon for the program you are using
- Left click on Properties
- Click on Compatibility tab
- Select Run this program in compatibility mode
- Select from list version of Windows you are running (for Windows 10 select Windows 8)
- Click Apply, then close out of icon
- Open Hy-Tek Program (SWMM8/SWTM8/TFMM6/TFTM4.2)
- If error persists go back to Compatibility tab on Team Manager icon
- Uncheck box to Run this program in compatibility mode
- Check option to Run this program as an administrator
- Click Apply, the open the program
