- Total Distance and Total Time are the amount of all your completed workout data.
- Total Distance and Total Time are formed automatically which are unable to edit manually.
- Total Distance and Total Time will be automatically updated if your workout data changed.
- When you repeat a workout, the Total Distance and Total Time will be updated according to your most current time of the workout.
- Note: For example, if you ONLY complete the workout for your Week 1 Day 1(Distance: 3km, Time 00:30:00 ) and Week 1 Day 2 (Distance: 4km, Time 00:25:00). The current Total Distance will be 7km. The current Total Time will be 00:55:00. Then you repeat the workout for Week 1 Day 1(Distance: 2km, Time 00:20:00). Your current Total Distance will be updated to 6km. Your current Total Time will be updated to 00:45:00.
