  1. Total Distance and Total Time are the amount of all your completed workout data. 
  2. Total Distance and Total Time are formed automatically which are unable to edit manually. 
  3. Total Distance and Total Time will be automatically updated if your workout data changed.
  4. When you repeat a workout, the Total Distance and Total Time will be updated according to your most current time of the workout.
  • Note: For example, if you ONLY complete the workout for your Week 1 Day 1(Distance: 3km, Time 00:30:00 ) and Week 1 Day 2 (Distance: 4km, Time 00:25:00). The current Total Distance will be 7km. The current Total Time will be 00:55:00. Then you repeat the workout for Week 1 Day 1(Distance: 2km, Time 00:20:00). Your current Total Distance will be updated to 6km. Your current Total Time will be updated to 00:45:00.
