On July 17th, 2018 ActiveWorks Endurance released a new feature that allows event directors to merge identical people within agencies to improve the accuracy of data.
Identical people are identified as people with the matching first name, last name, email address, and date of birth. Duplicate people with matching identifiers have been merged, along with corresponding revenue, registrations, merchandise, and engagement.
For PARTICIPANTS editing EXISTING registrations:
In the MyEvents website participants can edit their date of birth to merge his/her account with an existing account. Participants cannot edit first name, last name and email in the MyEvents website.
