If the app does not show time or distance, please make sure that you have successfully log the workout. If you have successfully logged the workout but distance cannot show up, please confirm that the GPS works well while you are running by following these steps:

For iOS users:
  1. Go to device Settings > Privacy & Security Location Services
  2. Enable Location Services
  3. Click app
  4. Check While Using the App
For Android users:
  1. Go to device Settings > Privacy
  2. Enable Location Services
  3. Click app
  4. Check Allow only while using the app
Note:  Wait a little bit longer outside until GPS signal turns Green when you start a workout.
