Events using ACTIVE Network systems may offer participants the option of purchasing ACTIVE Refund. This is an optional add-on to ensure the participants' full registration fees are refundable if they are unable to participate in the event.

    • Please have your Reference ID or be prepared to login with the active.com account you used to register.
    • You can request a refund for your registration anytime, so long as it is more than 48 hours before the event.
    • If refund request is valid and refunded, the event organizers will be notified that you forfeit your spot in the event and your registration will be cancelled. 
    • Refunds will be received within 5-7 business days.

  • Your eligible refund amount is noted on your ACTIVE Refund Purchase Information email. This amount is the total paid less any processing fees and the ACTIVE refund purchase cost. If you are on a payment plan, only the completed installments are eligible for a refund.
  • The purchase of ACTIVE Refund is final and is non-transferrable to other events or participants.
