When installing a program and you receive "Error 1406, Could Not Write Value Folders to Key [File Path] Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact you support personnel.

Note: The Windows profile installing program does not have sufficient permission to install the program on this computer
  1. Log in with different Windows profile with proper permissions or 
  2. Contact IT department to install program or change your permissions
