Trouble Logging In?

If you are still unable to login, please send an email to ACMSupport@activenetwork.com including your name and Organization.

Please contact your Professional Services Consultant or Account Manager to create your Portal account. After you receive confirmation, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to http://customerportal.activenetwork.com
  2. Click Forgot Password, type your email and click Submit
  3. Check your email for steps on creating new password
